Prabu Serumadar
Prabu Serumadar is an entrepreneur and has degrees in Bachelor of Engineering (BE) – Computer Science and Master of Business Administration (MBA) - Business Finance(University of Hull, UK). He has accumulated vast knowledge and experience of leading, training and developing educational activities regionally, nationally and internationally.
Prabu Serumadar’s main strength is in relationship building with the private and public sectors to provide training programmes for the growing skills gap. In the last 21 years he has developed general management skills for the HE colleges sector and developed new curriculum to address the skills gap. He particularly enjoys collaborating with universities and other businesses to bring about prosperous relationships which generate wonderful marketing opportunities. His marketing experience started in 1995 and has expanded to 23 countries. Apart from setting up business colleges in London and in international countries and developing new curriculum, he has collaborated with many national and international universities to drive new business developments.

Parveen Rani is the Director of London College of Business Sciences (LCBS) established during the year 2010. She joined the management team as Director in 2012 and currently being responsible for Corporate Administration, Corporate Image and Relationships.
Parveen's career has always been in Education and Training and Consultancy services, her experience stems from a solid grounding in the Further Education sector linked with a passion for training and coaching.
Parveen has dealt with some of the most turbulent and challenging environments on the onset of frequent policy changes by the government in the Private and Further Education sector where her resourceful, flexible approach is known and respected throughout her peer group.

Suman has been active in the Education and Training sector since 2010. She was previously the Deputy Manager at a recognised institution known as Algol in India. Suman was merely responsible for providing a safe learning and working environment to the students and staff.
